*These categories are possible only you are already following a rehab or prehab program from a Finnish certified professional. As I don’t have the Finnish physiotherapy diploma recognition yet, I am not allowed to practice my profession and set a full program. The line between training and rehabing is almost inexistant and could cause legal misunderstandings. However, we will be able work along your plan in a clever way.
What to expect
On the first session we do a short history and go through your wishes, expectations and goals. We try out workouts that suit you and your current abilities, after wich we can start a program based on all these elements. They will be custom made and can evolve with time.
You can choose between Try outs or packages (see FAQ).
Opening times
Monday to Thursday from 11:00 to 17:30.

My vision
As a physiotherapist, the most important factor when coaching is to listen to individual's personal goals. Be it strength training, rehab, nutrition, mental aspects, or lifestyle changes, I want to guide you through your health journey.
As a former gymnast and amateur powerlifter, I understand challenges, fears, commitment, failures and successes. I want to accompany you in every step you choose to take, from beginner to competitive levels.
As a coach, it’s not about knowing everything, but working together to find the best path for you.
“To reach one’s goals, one should focus on the “what” in the present, and not on the “why” from the past.”
